Generations Teaching Generations PreSchool (GTG) is an intergenerational pre-school and day care facility that is housed on the Nicholls State University campus. The Class A license center provides quality care and unique learning experiences for children ages 6 weeks through 4 years old. It is intergenerational in that we provide college students majoring in Early Childhood Education hands-on learning experiences in a lab-school setting. The college students under the supervision of their instructors and GTG teachers create and implement lessons and activities with the young children in a setting that fosters learning for both groups of students.
Please check your child’s folder/cubby daily for important announcements. We also post information on the classroom door and outside boards. It is our desire to have a constant, positive flow of information with all parents.
